Da es diesen Freitag eine besondere Geburtstagsgallerie für MsLinguini geben soll, lautet das Motto OPI zum Blue Friday. Das kommt mir gerade recht, steht doch ein ominöser, blauer OPI Lack bei mir rum. Aber bevor's an den Lack geht: Alles, alles Liebe zum Geburtstag, liebe Melanie!
Also, ominös ist der, weil ich mal mit Nina Lackshoppen war und wir diesen OPI im Sale entdeckt haben und sie meinte: "Den musst du kaufen, den sollte es offiziell gar nicht zu kaufen geben!" Anfänglich von diesem Raritätsstatus und der Schönheit des Lackes selbst überzeugt, dachte ich mir später, das kann doch gar nicht sein. Sowas Blödes. Dann aber doch: Kurzes Googlen, keine Swatches. Was hat es bloss mit diesem Lack auf sich? Naja. Hier ist er jedenfalls auf meinen Nägeln.
I discovered this ominous OPI polish while I was sale shopping with Nina a while back. She told be I should really get it, since it was never meant to be officially released. Intrigued by that special random fact and the pretty sparkly stuff, I took it home. Later I thought to myself: Nonsense. How would something this special just pop up in some sale bin? But then I consulted Google and true enough, I couldn't find any swatches! What's the deal with this polish? Well, for now it's on my nails.
Eine mittelblaue Jelly Base mit gaaanz viel Hologeglitzer. Perfekt. Nicht wahr? Der Auftrag war perfekt und wofür es ganz viele Gummibonuspunkte gibt, die Deckkraft! Obschon es sich um einen Jelly handelt, deckt er bereits in zwei Schichten gut und gleichmässig. Durch den Glitzer ist die Oberfläche etwas rauh, aber das ebnet sich wieder mit einer Schicht Top Coat.
Ein Träumchen, der Lack!
A midblue jelly base with looots of hologlitterstuff. Perfect. No? Application was just as perfect and I'm giving imaginary bonus pointes for coverage! Despite being a jelly, this polish covers nicely and evenly in two coats. The glitter makes the finish a little rough, but nothing that can't be fixed with a quick layer of top coat.
